CERFODES Announces Complete Consultant Training Program

A Practical Program for Consulting Careers

CERFODES, in partnership with CAP, announced a complete training program designed to help participants strengthen their skills and acquire practical tools for professional consulting. The program was scheduled from December 8–12, 2025.

Hybrid Access for Participants

The training was offered both in person in Somgandé, Ouagadougou, and online. This hybrid format made the program accessible to participants who could attend locally as well as those joining remotely.

Learning the Fundamentals of Consulting

The program covered the requirements and fundamentals of the consulting profession. This included helping participants understand what professional consulting demands in terms of method, clarity, credibility, and service delivery.

From Proposals to Data Analysis

Training topics included preparing technical and financial offers, analyzing and interpreting results, and strengthening professional visibility. These subjects are central to consulting work in research, evaluation, development programming, and institutional support.
